<p>A씨는 작년 4월 12일 통영 한 거리에서 70대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 안00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 810만 원에 이르는 빚을 발생시키자 전00씨와 다같이 자금을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>
